Since fewer and fewer companies are making drivers for this system, it is becoming more difficult, and sometimes impossible, to find them. All this depends on the specific configuration of your computer (laptop). For example, if you are using components released much earlier in 2012-18, then there are no problems It will be absolutely true, but if you use modern processors like AMD Ryzen, then everything is much more complicated because many processors have a built-in video core, and as you know, Windows 7 was not created for it. In general, you can install most drivers without problems both on the main components and on an additional headset.
2.Installation of modern programs
Everything here is of course ambiguous. If you are a professional developer, for example, games, then you will most likely switch to 10. If you are an ordinary user who does not play new games, then 7 will be enough for you. Unity in 2021 no longer supports 7, as well as for example, DirectX12. But ordinary browsers, most games still work fine. Even Atomic Heart supports Windows 7. So the choice here will depend solely on your type of activity.
3.Design
The design here, in my opinion, is very good. The play of colors in contrast to the monotonous blue 10. But it all depends on taste, even if you don’t like the factory design, change the wallpaper, install new themes, etc. There are many ways to change it to suit your taste. 4. Stability
If you have any problems while working. Errors pop up, programs are not installed, etc. Then in 99.99% you will find a solution to the problem on the Internet, since the system has been studied thoroughly by all possible specialists and most solutions are given in the open access. What cannot be said about 10, there is no such stable and trouble-free operation, as well as solutions in case of problems (in such a number).
As a result, I can say that you can use Windows 7 in 2023 the same way as you did 5.10 years ago. Even if there are programs and companies that do not support Windows 7, there are enthusiastic programmers who release repacks of these programs and they start working! Thanks to these people, you don’t have to think about the transition for the next 10 years. Therefore, the choice depends on you! And unfortunately, such wonderful systems are going away, and they care less and less about users, and systems are made for the purpose of profit. But we’ll see what will happen in the future, and for now we will enjoy the passing era.
